- Operate automated, market-neutral trading systems across four perp DEXs (Lighter, Variational, Entropy, POPDEX) on AWS Tokyo with personal capital, executing about $1M in daily notional volume
- Evaluate venues on maker/taker fee tiers, API reliability, latency, cross-venue liquidity and incentive programs before allocating capital, and review P&L by venue and parameter set daily to decide allocation across instances
- Monitor live systems and respond to incidents; traced a −$130 loss to an expired session token that made the system read an unknown position as flat and unwind the hedge, leaving a one-leg exposure
- Retired the first version after a month of live testing showed negative expected value after fees; diagnosed latency as the cause and redeployed next to the venues' servers
- Built a Claude Code agent workflow in which one agent proposes code changes and a second reviews them, with human approval before anything goes live
